Payment Terms and Conditions

Missed Appointment Fees

We employ an understanding, three strikes system for our cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens sometimes, however after the third time, missed appointments and cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a full fee to the value of the appointment booked.

10-Packs

These are a beautiful way of receiving a savings for your plan and allow you to simply float out of each adjustment knowing everything is already sorted!

These must be paid in full, in advance and include adjustments only. All review appointments are not included in your pack.

Any unused portion of the pack may be refunded upon request in writing. If a refund is requested, a full applicable fee will be applied to each appointment attended during the pack, and the remainder will be refunded.

The dollar amount of your 10-pack will be stored on your profile as credit which will never expire. If a break in care of more than 3 months occurs and there has been a price rise since purchasing your pack, all future appointments will be charged at the current 10-pack rate.

If a break in care of more than 12 months occurs, you will retain your credit, but each appointment will be charged at the full price moving forward.

online workshops, courses & Programs:

All payments for online resources are final, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

In-person workshops & Courses:

In the event of the workshop/course being unable to go ahead due to events outside of our control, your booking may be transferred to another course or workshop of the same value within 18 months of the scheduled booking. This includes but is not limited to postponements due to covid-19 and instructor illness.

You are more than welcome to gift it to a friend or loved one, however your booking is non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event of a no-show on the day with no communication, your place and payment will be forfeited.

In the very unlikely event of all workshops/courses being cancelled with no future workshop/course being scheduled, a full refund will be issued.

Under no circumstances are video recordings allowed to be taken by students of any part of the course content. It has taken many years and hard work to create these courses and intellectual property. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
