The short answer is no it wont! But let me elaborate a little for you…
M.R.T. requires that you have SOME massage/soft tissue skills and SOME knowledge of the anatomy of the body.
In saying that, we always have people with varying different skill levels so I always speak to the anatomical AND lay persons names for everything.
As far ask hands on experience goes, if you have only done a beginners Swedish weekend massage course, this will be a stretch for you but not impossible by any means (if you're up for a challenge, dive in!) If have your basic Cert 4 in massage or above, this will be perfect for you.

Yes! We have had other body workers join us in the past. If you are a physio/chiro/osteo/etc you will be well versed in the anatomy (although a refresher is always good!) and it will be great to learn a different release technique to add to your repertoire. Reference the question above if you haven't had much hands on experience.
